TechnoServe is recruiting multiple Chiefs of Party/Team Leaders for upcoming entrepreneurship and enterprise development project opportunities across our global pipeline. The Chief of Party/Team Leader will oversee all aspects of projects with duties and responsibilities covering leadership, operations and administration. Positions are contingent on project awards to TechnoServe.

Qualification Requirements include:

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing or related discipline, MBA preferred;

• Experience with entrepreneurship and business accelerator programs for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the agriculture sector;

• At least 10 years of combined experience as an entrepreneur with strong market orientation, roles in relevant private sector industries, and/or related development programs;

• Prior experience as a chief of party on a US-government funded project in Africa;

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to effectively motivate and manage teams in a multi-cultural environment

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and activities

• Ability to develop well written, cohesive analyses and reports
