Angela has over 15 years of experience in international development with expertise in financial management and grants and contracts. Her work has focused on capacity building and training for local staff and partner organizations, project start up and close out and financial audits. Domestically, she has led teams on international organizational policy, team efficiency, proposal and costing management and organizational structure. Her work ranges from training low capacity local organizations to high level donor communications and presentations.
