Andy Bamber is an experienced development specialist with nearly ten years of experience promoting sustainable development internationally and domestically. He has five years of experience leading U.S. contractor proposal preparation efforts in response to solicitations from government donors including USAID, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) and providing technical assistance to stand-alone development projects. He has wide-ranging familiarity with international best practices in child protection, social service delivery, youth and education, civil society and rule of law, peacebuilding and conflict mitigation, and entrepreneurship, economic growth, and workforce development. He has a successful track record of collaborating remotely with HQ and national offices and conducting research trips and design workshops in country to craft winning proposals.
